This project was never completed. It is assumed that this is due to the cost of the massive project. When the project was introduced, businesses along Williamson Road were brought in to help guide the project. This document specifically looks at how the citizens around Williamson Road saw potential for this area of Roanoke and its ability to draw in more interest in the City.]]>
