There are two open stairs from the first to the the third floor, one enclosed stairs from the ground to the fifth floor, one enclosed elevator from the first to the third floor and a small enclosed elevator from the basement to the fifth floor; the lighting is electricity and the heating is low pressure steam.  The building is in excellent condition.  Occupancy: Municipal offices and courtrooms, Police Department and City Jail.
