"Roanoke Transportation Museum Virginian Railway's Number 135. Former Virginian Electric Number 135 is viewed in front of the old Virginian Depot in Roanoke, Virginia on March 29, 1983 prior to being placed on display in the Roanoke Transportation Museum. Built in 1956, this 3,300 horsepower A.C. Rectifier served the Virginian, the Norfolk & Western, the New Haven, the Penn-Central and Conrail before being retired in 1980."
