Drawing of a large open space surrounded by businesses and homes. In the foreground, there is an open green space where figures can be seen walking, biking, and playing games. There are benches and trees. To the left, part of a one-story brick building can be seen, presumably the Gainsboro Branch Library. Cars are parked along the street. Across the street there are businesses. One store has a fish above the door. A barbershop pole can be seen next to another door. In the background there are rows of houses, telephone poles, and trees. Signed by artist. Words "Gainsboro 1954" are written above signature.
