Street scene of Centre Avenue. On the left is a large building with a sign reading "Virginia Theater". There is another building next to it. On the left in the foreground there are two people next to a street sign, which says "Centre Avenune". Two cars are parallel to each other on both sides of the road. On the right side are more buildings. There are two signs next to each other. One reads "Dr. Penn", and the other is difficult to read, but begins with "Dr. K-". There is a large cloud in the background. Telephone poles line the streets on both sides. In the top left corner the number 4 is written with a circle around it. Signed by artist and dated 2001.
