Description

Drawing of four men standing in a loose circle in an alleyway. There are trashcans and trash lining either side. One of the men, who is the shortest and closest to the foreground, holds a bottle of liquid up to align with his face. The man on the far left has his hands on his hips and is wearing a shirt with an "A" on the front. The middle man has a jacket with "A" on the breast. The man on the far right is older than the rest and wears yellow. He is smoking a cigar and is pointing with one hand while the other is raised. Buildings can be seen behind them, on the other side of the street. There are people walking down the sidewalk. "Little wine" is written on the bottom right corner. Signed by artist and dated 1999.

Story in Gainsboro Going into North East. Displayed in the Taubman Museum of Art Exhibit 2023-2024.
