Description
Drawing of Booker T. Washington Junior High. The school is in the background and is a large, brick building. There is a large green space in front of the school, past a small road, where many people can be seen. Presumably students at the school, they are mostly gathered around a brick path leading to the school Some are walking their bikes, others walk together in pairs. There are two boys who are fighting. A small crowd has gathered around them, pointing and cheering. Books and papers are strewn on the ground around them. Houses can be seen in the background, next to and behind the school. There are a few cars as well. "Booker T. Washington J.H. 1956" is written on the bottom right corner. Signed by artist and dated 1995.
