A person holding a rolled paper stands on the corner in front of it with his arm raised. More buildings can be seen lining both sides of High Street (possibly Loudon Avenue). Two people, one with his arm around the other, walk next to the street sign. They are waving towards a woman walking in the road, who is waving back. In the foreground on the right side is the top half of a man, smoking a cigarette. "High St" is written on the bottom edge. "5" incased in a circle is on the bottom left corner.
