Description
Interior of a store. There are three people inside. One woman stands behind a counter, speaking to another person, wearing orange. An older woman is sat in the middle of the room in a rocking chair. There is also an animal, possibly a cat, walking across the room. In the room there is an old wood stove/heater on the left side, extending towards the center. There are two signs on the left wall, one reads "Potatoes 15c lb" and the other reads "Apples 10c lb". There are many shelves of various foods and food products. There is a produce stand on the left side with orange, red, and green circular foods. On the back wall, next to the counter, is a shelf of cans with green circles. Below it are more cans. There is a cash register on the counter. A scale hanging from the ceiling is on the right side. Next to it is a meat cooler with a window behind it. Signed by artist and dated 1999.
