This image shows Henry Street, cutting through the middle of the image. Several people and cars are seen moving through the street. On the left side of the image, moving backwards, signs say, "Hair Cuts Plus", "Dentest", "Dumas Hotel", "Jack & Jills", and "Horse Shoe". On the right side of the road, moving backwards, signs say, "Greene Shoe Repair", "Ebony Club", "Nicks", "Broo Drug", and "308". St. Andrew's Catholic Church can be seen off to the right side. The author wrote "The Real Henry Street 1949" in the bottom right hand corner.
