The Gainsboro Neighborhood Organization Collection consists of two (2) record storage boxes, consisting of two hundred and thirty two (232) folders altogether. The collection includes various documents including meeting minutes, agendas, membership information about the Gainsboro Neighborhood Organization, grant information, development information, newspapers, conferences, and other organizations. The collection dates from meeting minutes from 2002 to meeting minutes from January 2025. It is broken down into fourteen (14) series overall over two (2) boxes: Finances, Grant Information, Gainsboro History Project, Meeting Materials, Roanoke Higher Education Center, All “Member Information” Folders, Correspondences, Development Plans & Initiatives, Events, Ephemera, Other Organization Information, Miscellaneous, Newspaper (Correctly Ordered by Date), Roanoke City Government. Items were originally stored in three (3) record storage boxes and a white binder.
