On the road going vertically, there are people walking on both sides of the sidewalk, as well as cars driving down the road. On the right side is a building that has "Town Club" on a sign above the door. A person using a cane is walking outside the building. There are two road signs on the sidewalk, both reading "No Park". In the background there are two smokestacks and two structures from Roanoke Gas Works. Signed by artist and dated 1997.
