Streetscape of Wells Avenue, with Hotel Roanoke occupying a large portion of the right side. On te sidewalk, a man walks, and there a sign that says "Garage". Behind Hotel Roanoke, Williamson Road runs across, and the American Legion Auditorium is across the street. Behind it, there is a building with a yellow sign on top that says "Yellow Cab". Across from the auditorium, there is a brick building that says "Happy's Car Sales' and to the left, a grey building that has "Chicken Shack" on a sign. Artist signed and dated bottom of paper, wrote "Hotel Roanoke Norh East Section American Ledgon".

Story in Gainsboro Going into North East. Displayed in the Taubman Museum of Art Exhibit 2023-2024. Writing on back says "American Ledgon Audotorum 1959".
