Description
This story is about the "Up Town Club" and how people would go to have a good time. The author remarks on how the atmosphere was laid back, and did not include any trouble-makers. Included a full-size copy of a drawing depicting four people outside a building marked "TOWN CLUB". Two other signs on the building are visible but partially cut off. The first says "AMERICAN LEGIO[N] APRIL 5th JAMES BROWN BAND & SHOW". The second says "AMERICAN LE[GION] MAY 29th Little Richard SHOW an BAN[D]". Artist wrote at the bottom "Town Club 1952 [?] on [?] [-]elth Ave [?] [-]ast". A portion of the artist's signature is visible as well.
