Image of a man being arrested by a uniformed police officer, and put in the back of a police car while handcuffed. The police car has "ROANOKE PD" on the front half of the car, and "RPD 077" on the back half. A crowd of onlookers watched the man's arrest, including a pointing man in a yellow suit and a young man in a sweater with an "A" on the chest. They are in front of Atlantic Sandwich Stand. Customers are visible through the glass. In the background, the Hotel Roanoke is visible between an unidentified brick building and the Atlantic Sandwich Stand.
