Concrete floors with exception of second floor which is wood boards. One stairs basement to second floor. Electric lighting and low pressure steam heat. Approximately forty years old, good condition. Occupancy: First floor - fire fighting apparatus. Second floor - dormitories. Valuation: The sound value of this building is approximately $20K
